The layoffs have started (again) at CDK Lightspeed – nobody is surprised, we know how to do this – sinister and well planned at the same time. Things are not changing for the better, I remember much better days - previous management during ADP was absolutely phenomenal, the crew knew how to steer the ship. Today, we get petty politics, constant turnover, layoffs.
Microagression and passive aggressive attacks are tolerated, backstabbing, etc. Good common sense business logic is gone, now we’ll do anything to appease the shareholder in the short term, no matter how this will impact us long term… Look around you, all folks that did not get the axe this week will be cut tomorrow, or maybe next week or next year – look at ehir faces you’ll see a ton of stress and the infinite unhappiness.
The exodus will continue, all folks that are talented will jump the ship, the market is good there are opportunities out there. The executives should be ashamed, but do they care at all? I am sure that they care about their ever increasing comp packages, another layoff, another share price jump, another ballooning bonus. This makes me sick.
