campus hires picked and trained by syntel found to be unfit or programming roles, last 7 years all fresher hiring done from maharashtra, gujarat and madhya prdesh and little from punjab and delhi too.....

all real programmers here are lateral hires.
campus hire are like chicken produced from commercial incubators all are alike and serve a a simple and low end work purpose, somtimes due to process variability a rare real programmer turns out from these mass chick incumators and is quickly culled once identified (read victimized by politics of RMG and managers)
quite good numbers hired from tamil nadu....what about them...?
