Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

No raises

Just get more students. Myself and a select few other people were informed that we'll be going to 4 week starts and required to start at least 4 students per start.

Never mind that 90% of admissions isn't doing that as is. 52 students a year or you're out the door.

The worst part for leadership is if you have a couple bad starts in a row, regardless of performance thus far, you run the risk of being fired.

Back to compensation. It's not happening. When an organization is hemorrhaging money badly enough that they have to close 1/2 the campus locations there is no money for raises. Thanks Dream Center.

Each student has the potential of bringing in $23k annually in tuition alone for DCEH, not including fees and such. That’s going to let DCF help a lot of homeless and destitute addicts.

Of course many of Ai, SU and AU students end up so deep in debt they’ll never be able to afford a home, guess the newly recruited students are just paying now to help themselves later.
