Everyone should be forewarned that there will probably be another shakeup in terms of staffing when it pertains to Managers, Leads and all full time outfitters. It is quite probable that outfitters in these positions will be told that they have too all reapply for their jobs. It appears this will be a concentrated effort to rid stores of bad apples and to allow Bass Pro to bring in its own employees to Cabela's stores. When will this end?

BP can’t even find people to fill positions in their own store’s so I don’t know where they would be getting all these employees to fill Cabela’s stores too?!
You would think a restructure at the top would be best. But when you got the Good Old Cabela's management running Corp, don't hold you breath .
This restructure needs to start at the top of each store. To truly shake things up, this needs to include the positions of GM and HR.

Not sure what you me about Bass bringing in its employees, kind of been the other way around. All top management is covered by Cabela's , so sure they will take care of the people left at the stores.
