Will someone please answer? I saw a post the other day and several people said that they are keeping the people who were let go last week on active payroll until early September. I heard only until July 13th. does anyone know where these rumors came from?

Which is BS because what happened to One University? The only thing that matters is the money. And that fake a contact you gave us in letters??
Also depends on if the population of the school is large enough. Some schools don't qualify for a WARN act so they aren't guaranteed 60 days.
Depends on which state you are in and if your state has a warn act.
