Severance packages for DCEH employees who stay throughout the summer
without this they faculty and staff will walk out when a new job comes along

If you were lucky enough to be in admissions you got a severance. If you have to stay on to close the school , good luck. You get nothing.
Even faculty they will replace. I'm an adjunct who is picking up unexpected work because a full timer decided to leave.
They are prepared to hire off of Craigslist and from the student body. If you stay, you still don't get severance
