After 29 years in the Company we are hearing that we are getting T Shirts !??? Wow no more collared shirts !!! Wait wait wait .... you can wear the T Shirts but you have to wear the Vest ... What’s the point of a T Shirt ...

really b--ching about a tee shirt and vest. come on. Look at PSE&G linemen when their working they have to wear long sleeve cotton shirts. That goes for Verizon linemen as well (only when gaffing though). Construction workers have to wear vest and sometimes long sleeves as well..
So stop the b--ching be lucky that your getting tee shirts.
To OP, I'm wondering what you think you should be getting after 29 years? Altice has only been around here a couple of years so in their eyes , you have only been an employee for 2 years. Do you want a medal? Just be happy you have a job but probably not for much longer. This company is a sinking ship.

I love vests. It helps me distinguish between high school dropouts from everyone else that has a real job.

Techs prefer t-shirts in hot weather over collared shirts and it also saves the company money. What did you expect after 29 years? A tuxedo? You get a paycheck every week so shut it.
We have a weird Green T Shirt ... but still have to put Vest over it !!

We received one Black T-shirt with white lettering of "Alice Technical Services". We also received a black hat with white lettering. Oh and I think i got a lanyard. Joke.
