I was notified of being laid off in January, as a business consultant in Sales, 80 other consultants were laid off. I went to a competitor and am much happier.

I heard 67 associates in benefits were laid off this week. The knowledgeable ones of course.
I was mainframe tech support for over thirty years and got laid off. It was an adjustment but it came at the right time. The housing market is booming so I sold my big old house and made a killing. I moved to a smaller town and have retired. Being laid off was the best thing that could have happened. I missed the ERP but I am over that now.
