They are now dangling it until October. Translation, it's not happening.
The plan to improve the organization?! I guess by letting hundreds of people go they can now afford to pay the lucky ones more. Then again, I guess we are the lucky ones since we no longer work for your piece of sh-- organization! I’m ashamed to put them in my resume. Shady money hungry crooks!

I am referring to the new compensation plan that was referred to last year when Richardson spoke to Argosy and South online campuses. Our bosses have been dangling that carrot for months and told us last week that it would be shared with us on the 9th.
