How many employees have been laid off over the last few years? Has the number reached over Ten thousand people yet that lost thier jobs?

If you go back to 2011 forward I would say you'd be looking at least 10,000 minimum, probably even north of that figure. I worked for them for 27 years in various positions and got the boot because they were eliminating my last position (management) or so they claimed. The truth is this company has a long history of tossing employees who hit 50 years of age or thereabouts. They absolutely do not value employees with high levels of experience, dedication and loyalty. It's always been about putting the stockholders first, clients second and employees last. You're just a number there. After Josh Weston (former CEO), this company went down hill rapidly ever since. It was actually a blessing to be laid off by them. I always felt guilty about how they screw over their clients and employees. The client tax impound float (earning interest) alone is a scam. It's definitely not a place to try to build a long term career at because they won't let you.

Read up on ties to organized crime.
Yep.....I worked my entire career at Roseland Corp. If you ask 10 different people you would get 10 different answers about the count. HR will never be truthful about it but I also agree that this overall plan started way way back when and 2011/2012 sounds right.
At Corp Roseland you came to work Monday and the rumors would start, then the layoffs were on Tuesdays and Wednesday's. If you made it past Wednesday afternoon you felt a bit relieved driving home that day! At least you were safe for that time period but sad and angry if someone you knew got the boot.
Knowing the count would be interesting but I myself have no idea.
.
I was a 25+ year associate working at the ADP ROSELAND headquarters who started in their Clifton,NJ location then moved over to Corp.
With all due respect.....The number should not be counted over 'the last few years' but since June 2011. The last 7 years ADP has been ruining lives slowly and then not so slowly as seen over the past few years. But it started in June 2011.......working in Roseland Corp. you know people who know people and you learn about the real story sooner or later.
I was happy to take the ER this past June to get out of that horrid work environment called ADP!
Everyday for 7 years you heard rumors and you could never be safe at Roseland Corp.
It would make you cry when you heard so and so was let go.....you knew them as great hard working associates and friends......lasted for 7 freakin years!
So IMO the count ( whatever it is) should start back in 6/2011.
