Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

Legal Action

As an Adjunct Faculty member in CA and seeing what options I am supposed to coach students into next week, I really only see one option: legal action. These students signed enrollment agreements! Some of them have no online option, and the online options that do exist, s---.

The VA has spent tax payer's money on students in a program they can't complete.

It would be really great if there were one place where phone numbers and contacts for lawyers that might be interested in working on putting together a case could be shared. For the sake of the students make Dream Shatter pay!

Contact the Harvard Legal Clinic. I believe they are working on it.

I agree with the first post -- students need a clearinghouse of contacts, and a pro-bono attorney, to lay out the options for them. Not an understaffed and under-informed Ai administration. Students who are veterans should have their VA money returned to them, so they can start over elsewhere. Students with federal loans should have those loans forgiven, so they too can start over debt free. Is there anyone, any resource available to advise these students of their rights and options?

Follow I Am Ai on FB to direct students, parents and teachers.

Funny. They do not have any money to pay. That is why everything is closing or going bankrupt. Legal action would be an absolute waste of time and money at this point.
