Should we be surprised at all when this project was run by semi-educated CB&I (former) Construction? Same goes to CLNG and we are lucky that Sempra didn't cancel that contract for the amount of stuff we had there. Rightfully, Sempra haded over the Port Arthur LNG to Bechtel after seeing the CLNG fiasco. Nevertheless, this is the end result of semi-educated CB&I (former) Construction trying to control the whole process. I sincerely hope that McDermott discards the buffoons of CB&I (former) Construction than enduring more pain.
