PHD that is the whole problem in PTD, monkeys could do what they ask most of the PHDs to do. I’d be sad to collect 130K to do what they do after earning a PHD. What a joke and waste of talent

Only PhDs at Intel are the fools that go to PTD and maybe Intel Labs. Rest of the company is a mixed bag: MSc, MBAs, bachelors, associates and even some people without degrees. Grade level seems to be inversely proportional to academic achievement. Result: a company run by clowns and buffoons.
SD site is hiring bachelors from QC to be principal engineer or managers.
