There were many more campuses listed on the bankruptcy filings... if federal aid is affected at those campuses because of the Chapter 7, the doors will close FAST.

EDMC may have filed, but DCEH is listed as a creditor. If DCEH bought out majority of EDMC, how are they creditors? The two are tied together. The timing is not coincidental, especially when the CEO had calls with campuses on 6/29 saying "all is good, you're not closing, here's our plan for your campus," then on 7/2, the campus is among those closing and admissions team is let go by 8:20 am. None of the closings have been approved by the accrediting bodies. Students and staff are not receiving the truth. There's way more questions than answers about this whole thing. DCEH are wolves in sheep's clothing, especially Brent Richardson.
So... EDMC must still own a portion of the AI schools or they can't pay DCEH what they owe them. Any lawyers out there that can explain this? One of the schools that is still open has been admitting students on falsities for a long time (even after the consent judgment). The admissions people just don't bring up the employment stats and if asked "play dumb".
This is totally incorrect. The bankruptcy filings were for EDMC, not DCEH. If you’re going to come on here and post, at least have a fact or two correct.

If we lose that Title Iv funding I imagine we would shut down immediately. I don’t think the bankruptcy affects dceh but if the reports about us having to refile monthly are real, then there is still a really good chance that we’d still lose that funding.
EDMC filed not DCEH.
