So when does the transfer get announced? I thought it had to be done by the July session?

They've pretty much stopped mentioning anything transfer to new owners. It's all about "separation" from Adtalem. Nothing about what happens next. They don't even seem to be pretending that the ownership transfer to Cogswell will still happen.
DeVry is waiting on regulatory approvals before it can close the deal (HLC, department of education, etc.). You won’t see anything “final” until then.
I Think the OP is referring to the fact that the deal was not final and was contingent on enrollments not falling and lawsuits not rising. Thus if DeVry met the criteria established you would think at some point there would be an announcement that the deal was finalized. I mean we still have heard nothing from Cogswell.
What do you mean get announced? Not sure what you are expecting.
Employees will not be informed. When your password is deleted and you cannot login, then the transfer will be complete and you will no longer be employed.

The announcement is expected in early FY19. So yes, that would probably be July session.
