No directions given by management yet and no noise recently other then office consolidation in San Ramon location. I see couple of open positions posted as well. Is it a good or bad sign?

There are non Predix/APM software assets that were unfortunately merged into GED a few years back. Some of those products have existed for decades and have large non GE customer bases.
You have to have a real business if you want to spin it off - real customers paying real cash for real products that investors are willing to put their money behind. That's not GED.
False hope MSFT was going to ride to the rescue, but that's clearly not the case. We're on our own people - buckle up. It's going to be a bumpy ride!
