Do you guys offer a paternity leave option. My husband will be starting in July and I am doing some initial planning (we'll have the baby in December). Please let me know.

Yes, there is a plan here in the States

This is the official statement:
Accenture offers up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave for birth mothers in the United States, as well as up to 8 weeks of paid time off for other primary caregivers. The company offers 2 weeks of paid time off for secondary caregivers, including adoptive parents and parents using a surrogate.
