I was a studio coordinator for about 3 years. I decided to leave in 2012. The company was getting rid of custom decorating at some of the stores and cutting hours. The decorators and my manager were, for the most part, good. Jcp didn’t pay the best and there was bit much opportunity for promotion. I feel bad for the people who lost their jobs. The coordinators and dispatchers I knew were hard working and cared about the clients.

Glad the install team will be gone

In AZ the Install Manager would go home at 11 in the morning and state they were working from home. Installer would punch in and go to MC Donald's for breakfast come back and play Solitaire.

Dispatchers would go watch TV. ETC.........the department has no professionalism-glad they will be gone. One store had a lady that would sit at a desk all day and do nothing.
