The new CTO was hired and instructed to outsource to India for better service because the current American-made IT structure was crumbling.

It's pretty typical, though. American products are usually inferior to foreign products, yet cost more for some ridiculous reason.

Yes, the websites and systems ran perfectly prior to the outsourcing. Give me a break. The IT infrastructure has always been sh--. The inability of all those experienced American IT professionals to build anything useful and reliable was the reason they got let go. You made your own bed.

there is at least a nominal relationship between the failure of TCS and this web site in that SP got rid of 100's of years of experienced American IT professionals
