I have been talking to a lot of friends, who have Altice One and not one of them has anything good to say about it. Looks like we are going to be losing lots of customers, because of this junk product. I do not understand how Altice is still a company, I figured they would be bankrupt by now, due to people running the company that have no clue about the industry. We can only hope they sell to a real cable company. Is anyone going deep sea fishing???

30% of onebox users switch to legacy equipment after multiple TCs of troubleshooting this garbage.
before onebox, we do an install and may not see the customer til they cancel. now we see them at install, a day later, a week later, then another week later to swap to legacy. total 4 trips for an angry customer that will likely switch to fios after this crap in a month.
I remember reading the la box yammer page it was bug city . Them I remember the field comm that said all 21 beta testers must return it lol
21 is a small sample size .
The company won't even supply silicone to make sure a customers home won't get damaged. They aren't even responding to safety concerns and dangerous work situations. What makes you think they care about a product working. They care about lining their pockets.
LETS keep this 100 no real techs beta tested the ALtice One period so don’t even go there you threw it out there period. They had a limited amount of boxes, you wanted no opinion but your own, bottom line it never worked properly in France LaBox same rebranded box.
Well when the Employees Beta tested and nobody really complained of not working features, what would anyone expect.
Now its gone to customers who are really using it and providing feedback, everyone complains.
