The sooner the truth is out, the better. Post your story. I bet many employees and former employees share a similar story.
Just post it on LinkedIn... and the truth of it ts that the people who made the call profited by the outsource. Cut so many people, basically forced them to take a job with no benefits, and told them to smile because they were not laid off, but displaced. Re-badged and laughed at. And yes, forced, as people cannot simply go without a job when they have bills/families. The 2nd VP that was let go, they could have moved him over, but wanted to cut the expense rather than keep him. But replaced him with one of the cronies under the CIO (who made the call on the whole thing). Look at Aflac's LinkedIn page under job growth. DOWN 84% 1Y.

I am developing a website and am looking for a catchy name. Something like Aflacduckedme.com. Looking for ideas? I'm simply going to tell my story about the November 2017 Aflac IT layoff and hopefully get some national attention. I want people to be able to read the facts and make their own minds up about whether they should do business with Aflac. Some of the facts are very disturbing, and people should simply be able to see how this company operates. As Americans, we shouldn't tolerate things like laying off a guy that is 11 months from full pension the same quarter you make 800+ million dollars. It's simply morally unacceptable, and most working people will identify with my story! I am also considering purchasing a billboard. We can't continue to stand by and let companies do this to the American worker.
