@@TrhoDQg you’re so off base and uninformed. TN had kickball tournaments for ten years and we were all TEAM MATES all across the globe. These people you are insulting are our friends and coworkers and we all succeed together. I suggest you find work with a non-global company because you are part of the problem. We are doing just fine as one team together.
I'm sorry but why should WE have to learn THEIR culture without them learning ours as well??? They could play softball..it's similar to Cricket. Christ...this place is becoming insane. We have to bow down to the H1B's.....smh
If you really read the Content Rules, then you will know that using profanity and insults is against the rule. Don't try to make a point, then turn around and use profanity/insulting comments in any vein on this post. Also, if what you are wanting is change, then I would suggest that you get involved to make a change, instead of complaining about it on this post, which is all it is, venting here where no action is going to take place. Make a proposal, and see where it goes. Rest assurred, if you want to see change in this area, change only comes with some type of action. I read the Content Rules and why is pointing out that at Sabre HDQ the American Culture is not allowed to be celebrated like in other Countries/Offices? How is that breaking any rules? It is true that every year there is a Cricket Match in the Sabre HDQ made up of mostly Indian Men, with a small % of Non-Indian Men and even less woman. It is true that they Teams play and practice for weeks during this season and they start at 3pm, last time I check a normal work day is 8-5 and I am pretty sure these players are not there by 6am to get their work done. It is true that in Indian they also have another Cricket Match and in Montevideo they play Football (Soccer). So why cant we post this? Why cant we ask can we play an American sport instead of Cricket like Kickball.....a sport that everyone can be included? What is wrong with this???????
