Sears Hometown Store in Marquette is next in the line of pretty much daily closings being announced under the radar. There seem to be no indications of this stopping any time soon.

@wtn Interesting, I had no idea it was that bad for the Hometowns too.
Hometown stores are constantly closing, but those closures rarely get coverage. Over 100 close each year, according to annual reports. And those are net closures, so 100 more are closing than opening.
That's a Hometown store (franchise), not a corporate store. Still worth noting, but this one wasn't really corporate's decision.
