Any update on tomorrow’s layoff?

December is perfect - because by end of August the good severance merger package expires...
So most of you expect to get the sissy Canadian Enbridge package in December where you’ll get 1 week for every year you’ve been with the company.
Large scale layoffs to happen in June and December?
I don’t think there were any layoffs. At least I didn’t hear of any. Usually at least a couple of people are impacted in my department each time, but nothing so far this week.

I was also laid off last year. Took my package and got a great job.
Get over the ego blow when it happens, and realize that yes, there is life after Enbridge.

I was layed-off earlier this year. I took the some time to re-energize myself and I now have a better position and I love going into work again. I know this may not be what you want to hear if you are affected. But there is life after Enbridge. Trust in your abilities.
