Question. For the new overtime lawsuit, didn’t we sign a contract that we have to pay back the stay on bonuses if we signed up for a lawsuit?

Where’s the link to sign up for the lawsuit? Unpaid time reading emails, returning messages, phone calls off the clock , text after text all night long after your shift or if you were lucky enough to be home after 14 hours. Sign me up !
Thanks, I am definitely sticking with the lawsuit. Kelloggs needs to be held accountable for treating their sales force like slaves. When a merchandiser habitually called off, I had to drive the 1-1/2 hour drive to work the backstock, displays, etc. Time to pay up Little Elf Man.

Regarding the new overtime lawsuit, how does one prove their hours worked? I worked 55 hours a week but don't have my hours recorded anywhere. I pinged at every stop and did my stay in front too...but nothing in writing. What would you do? Go for the arbitration or drop out of it?
It will take 5+ years to see any money or settlement. The first lawsuit that was just settled started way back in 2013 and the checks are being mailed out no later than July 4th of 2018.
How far is the lawsuit in at this point? I just signed up for it. Just curious if this is years out from seeing money?
Call the law office, from my understanding overtime lawsuits are exempt from these contracts.
