Deloitte gives an illusion that IT demand is healthy in their offices by advertising large nunber of job openings but in reality their market share is rapidly declining since salaries are very very low and Deloitte has many many ongoing layoffs at same time.

Any company that sets up shop in India quickly learns this tactic from Indian companies. In India due to corruption in government and over supply of techies(as there is no other sector offering job), companies are continuously on the lookout for better and cheaper techies and hiring is daily process and so is firing...No value is important than profit motive. Only share holder and customers matter..
the solution for this is to disturb the supply chain of techies.. educate fresher on the diminishing work environments standards and poor pay and dissuade them from pursuing tech careers... this is already working in India as fresher are refusing support and testing roles and going back to school for higher qualification
