How are they planning on selling all their services with all the sales people leaving it sounds like the sales people are leaving in droves. Sounds like nobody wants to buy alticeone

The sales have been passed on to other departments. It used to be When the customer service Que backed up the over flow went to inbound sales. Now there is no Customer Service, just these agents from Florida ,Atlanta, and South America. They handle other companies too like Wells Fargo and Petco. The customers calling to order service then go to other depts that now take sales orders. Retention ,Ecommerce, Even Chat takes calls. Even the walkin centers are setting up sales orders. Outbound takes over flow sales calls too. What's insulting is that management denies it!! They claim customers hit the wrong prompt and just happen to hit the sales que. There is no prompt for commercial calls either. All calls come through inbound just to be transferred over to billing , Tsg, ,etc. Only reps that play the yield game hit the Bump!! (Put customers on hold ,to keep the number of calls low). Supervisors and managers look the other way so they hit their Bonus. It's always been bad this this is almost criminal. Can't even say it's a sales DEPT anymore!!!
More than 90% of the inbound Sales calls are NONE sales related.
Can’t sell garbage.
Problem with any sales job is you have a quota to meet each month, exceed your quota amd you are Safe for that month. If you don't meet your quota get placed on a Action Plan and if you don't improve you get fired.
sales has always been a revolving door. The numbers they have to hit are literally impossible. I can't imagine selling any of this service today. How can you out right sell something that s---s
