Access to GE customers is more valuable than GED products or people. I am expecting deal similar to transportation where GE keeps a token stake in GED but let's bigger sw player take over.

Won't be the first time it has happened. Remember the GEIS spinoff. GEXS another. Immelt really has destroyed the company with his fanasty.
