You know, when did the HR folks get the word to dispute and attack all negative posts as the work of trolls? When were they authorized to attack all of the off-shoring of jobs as racist? Do the HR folk really believe that this is not transparent? I think this started to happen well before SP took over, which means it's the old guard HR trying to protect their jobs. Hahaha good luck with that...

It doesn't really matter in the end. Either businesses will lower costs by sourcing cheaper labor, or they'll further automate their operations. In either case, Americans will experience frictional employment (unemployment) in the near term.
It's about profits, not race, and the businesses with higher profits will prevail over those that utilize people.
It is not about racism...It's about the American worker being screwed by Corporate America over GREED.....but in the long run....the company does not save anything with the loss of productivity from Offshoring..... 'DO THE NEEDFUL'
I believe most people on this site are trolls and I know a lot of the comments about Indian people have been racist because I have common sense and decency.
Also, I am not a manager or in HR.
Some posts have been truth. Many have not been. Your post here is at least partially untrue... which I guess is usual around here.
Have a great day...
you have to decide in life if you're about truth or about lies.
it's not my job to fix your fixation on lies.
racist? Hardly. Reducing cost and maximizing profit is business. You need a new dictionary. And, BTW, I am not in favor of sending jobs offshore but unintelligent comments to not help anything. Just like fake news.
offshoring is racist by definition.
