I loved working here when I first started, I worked on cool projects with super smart people, it was the first season of Jersey Shore and numbers were off the charts. Now it's like a pale shadow of what it used to be, half the smart people are gone, the rest are looking to leave and we haven't had a hit like Jersey Shore in ages. The innovation just isn't there any more and everyone is paranoid that they will be cut loose in the next layoff. I am so conflicted but it really seems like time to go.

It's weird that the rape and abuse accusations and all the extremely gross and disturbing things about Dan Schneider aren't getting more press. I agree though, the time to go was yesterday unless you're just holding out for a package.
Its time to clean house. Whether we leave on our own accord or wait for the next line of layoffs in August is up to each of us. Seems like every morning Viacom employees wake up to yet another lawsuit. Knowing all your hard work and proceeds are going to pay off rape victims and cover up abusers is awful. Add the stress of the merger and layoffs, forget about it. Time to leave Viacom was yesterday.
