Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Purpose of layoffs was to save on labor cost

If you are an employee of any kind at ADP long before the strategic locations came to be, then you are a highly paid employee. Because the wages that ADP pays at these new locations is very low. That was the purpose of the layoffs - to save on labor costs. Experienced employees who have worked for many years at ADP are being targeted for elimination. The jobs are still there, but the employees are being discarded and replaced by new ones earning far less money. So while you may not think that you are earning a lot of money, your replacement will be earning even less and doing the same job you are. Thus you are considered "highly paid" and are earning too much money according to the ADP management view.

Uhhmmmm.... the "purpose of the layoffs" is to coverup for terrible executive leadership mistakes for the past decade. Calling it anything else is just a lie.

The product that prompts new levels of creativity in reasons to stop implementations by big companies who see it as the POS it is
