Anything is better than keeping the old people who used to work here. Apparently if everyone over 40 and/or not diverse is eliminated then there is a high tech worker shortage?
Ha ha - the off payroll undocumented h1b employees (subcontracted through nameless companies) numbers are staggering. As they are not direct Intel employees - they do not show up in Intel H1B numbers.
When no qualified Americans apply, H1-Bs are hired. It‘s either that or hire people in non-US sites. You prefer the latter?
