Looks like a round of layoffs soon at NextGear Capital. I think I'll survive it...I hope!

Good luck with that. NGC used to be a good company, and will likely rebound. But some of the senior management team has completely lost focus on the core business that made them great. It's almost like their egos are getting in the way of making smart decisions. I see a lot of in-fighting among managers instead of collaboration.
Too often promotions were given to those that played the political game rather than those that truly deserved it. Lots of managers got fat, sassy, and lazy and just let the money roll in.
Perhaps now they will refocus on serving the dealer and effectively managing their teams.
