Those of you who own shares....voting is due June 5th. Non-voting automatically is counted as “for” in regards to executive compensation.

I urge all voters to vote against executive compensation and vote against board appointments. Our leader made 50% more than he did the previous year. Let’s make our voice heard. Vote “against”

Yes, Wide, you can convert those stickers to shares. One to one ratio! In fact, you will need a 2018 sticker on your shirt pocket just to get into the shareholder meetibg!

This is not Wide_spread (no pun intended) knowledge, yet. This year's meeting will kick off with an inspirational safety video, starring FORMER EHS stars who did not survive the cuts over the past 3 years.

It will be phenomenal. I will see you there!

Not sure why you guys are so negative that anything will happen. Our neighbors chk literally did the same thing. Wake up. This environment is toxic. We didn’t cut enough G&A and the uppers expect to solve the remainder through people quitting. They know it’s toxic.

DH compensation for 2017: 1.275 mill, target bonus is 135% of salary @ 115% company performance, 4,250 restricted shares and 4,250 target performance shares... per SEC filings. I am sure my 50 shares will be enough to tip the scales

Im sure my 20 shares will get a chuckle out of the big shareholders. Heres a better idea...write the fund managers of funds that have significant investments in Devon. Encourage them to vote for real reforms in compensation packages. It is insane that DH gets compensated at 50 times the average package of the workers.
