I wanna help knock it down. The DM should be ashamed with the managers they hired over the past yrs, promote the security manager to Ops who couldn't even pass the assessment test, Sgm hired all his friends and an softline manager who treats every employee like crap, its no wonder they cant keep an staff.
I live nearby and there are so many other stores to shop at the North shore mall that trump Sears. I feel bad for Sears, it's sad. The corporate headquarters really did a number on the stores. Fortunately unemployment is low in the area so the displaced employees will be able to find other positions, either in or out of retail and most likely earn at least 2 or 3 dollars more an hour at a minimum.
“Picture People” closed down all locations effective immediately, across the United States. Including those locations in other retailers.
