Variable Pay Plan:

Field Service will be provided the opportunity to participate in the variable pay plan effective July 1, 2017 (this does not apply to Field service grades 10 through 12 as there will be an automatic enrollment in the program without a pay reduction due to the changes in the career progression model). For those in grades 13 to 15 selecting to participate in the variable pay program this means:

The 8% founders
bonuspayment for those participating will be paid within 2 to 4 weeks post your ATS start date, for those not participating the 2% payment will be paid on the same schedule -
Your base pay reduction will occur with the first pay period in July, 2017

The first performance
bonuson the variable pay program will be paid the second payroll in
October, 2017

Construction, Fiber, asp Maintenance, ISP, Lightpath, and Design are projected to have t he opportunity to participate in the variable pay program by the 4th quarter of 2017. (Similar to Field Service there are a number of positions that will be automatically enrolled in the program without a pay reduction due to the changes in career progression models.) This means:

Upon acceptance of the offer to move to ATS you are eligible for the 2% sign on
bonus -
Your founders
bonuspayment will be paid within 2 to 4 weeks post your ATS start date -
Upon the variable pay being available to you, you will be provided the opportunity to select into the program (assuming you are in the appropriate position) and you will be eligible for an additional 6% founders
bonusafter taking the 10% pay reduction, as with the foundersbonusthis will be a one time offering -
The timing of the additional founders
bonuspayment will occur 2 to 4 weeks after selection. -
The 10% pay reduction will occur the first period of the quarter in which you are eligible for a performance
