Will DST become SS&C Technologies or will they keep this entity as DST?
Also SS&C is “business casual”. 😳

SS&C is a holding company...they create/invent/develop.......NOTHING ..they buy and sell. Hooley, Lark, and any other company officers...Maria Mann, Scott Jones, Gary Henry, blah blah...the list is long because this company was and is the definition of "top heavy"...these people have the Golden Parachutes and they have them because of the work and sweat of others. Developers and other support personnel have been and going to get screwed but good. The cronyism with the executive staff of this company can be tracked by reading the LinkdIn history of Hooley and Lark. These people did NOTHING for DST but hire their friends and ram an iceberg into the side of a struggling company to insure it was ripe for acquisition. During the Scott Jones all hands just after the announcement, he and the executive level were trying to present this as a merger..."2 industry leaders coming together"...but during the meeting it was finally revealed to be an acquisition and NOT a merger. Nothing coming from the top levels can be considered TRUTH. You must therefore conclude your job is very much in play.

I thought one of the 1st, and only things they have told us was that we would be rebranded!?? Hard to know since the only communication we have received since the buyout was that initial buyout announcement. Unless there has been information that just hasn't "trickled down". Never did see the announcements about Lark or Sweetman.
I was told we are staying DST
They are not changing email and not changing the name.
Know they are changing all email to be ssnc so wouldn't surprise me if they eventually do change dst to ssnc...
