So a little bit about our pharmacy before a bigger ccompany
We had a gm who was a pharmacist
And a operations manager who worked his way up from pharmacy tech
Our quota was essentially show up to work do what your suppose to do
Everything was done old fashion way which was bad papers and what have you
Ownership wanted complete loyalty which means you couldn't call off ever but they did have raffles and bonuses
Well we get sold off to the bigger company
Gm is replaced with another person that had pharmacy experience yet to be replaced by a 3rd one who is from manufacturing/warehouse such as coke Amazon etc
Planner comes in streamlined everything, operations manager is shifted to supply chain and the planner becomes the ops manager again manufacturing background
Right now work is uncertain a shortage of orders and lost customers, quotas haven't come but I'm sure it's coming, certain unwanted people being targeted so they either quit or get fired.
Another acquisition by this company
2 Plants already in the midwest and one being built in the east
Idk it just feels like my time at express scripts they even have a form of dotwimpy
