They're not closing on the 28th. The 28th is just the end of the 60 day mark of the warn notice.
Yes, the biggest question for me is the whole August 28th bit. That's well before Summer quarter has ended. Exactly what are they planning?
Would the fact DCEH sent out termination / WARN notices and then retracted them be a basis for a class action suit if they do close 8/28?
The date of 8/28/18 is closing, which is before end of quarter. And they are telling students to attend classes that will not be completed. Oh thats right, tuition will be paid by then, then they clise.
