Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

DCEH...did not meet expectations on any area of the Service Model...

Your behaviors were not in line with your new service model. You were not engaged nor did you show support to the specific needs of your students and staff. You did not at all act with integrity during this whole sh-- show. So with that you get a zero.

The only publications that will be written about your customer service will be found in the sections of examples of what NOT TO DO!

The services model is a joke. What a waste of 8 hours with the dumb trainers.

Good for them. I hope they at least figure out the federal agency that reduces their loans if bad acts where performed.

Students at Art Institute of Colorado are seeking legal counsel and reaching out to local government officials. Any students who graduated after January 2018 do not have an accredited degree and DCEH executives purposely didn't alert students until June 2018. They are negligent and must pay. Staff and faculty were initially told that the loss of accreditation was a "misunderstanding" and they would get it figured out. Now we see what is really going on.
