My project is finished, next project is about to start and I want to make my termination date earlier.
I try to submit a form to HR and HR told me that. Can I sue Qualcomm?

Do what 99.9% of employees are currently doing, head in around 10, surf the web, go to lunch, leave by 2. Maybe head to the beach every once in awhile. Enjoy it.
If you have a termination date, then you have already signed something. Read it and weep.
You can leave early but you will lose your severance package
Were you laid off and the last day of employment has a predetermined date? Or did you resign?
