Softbank owns "Arm Holdings" - which invests in IOT. Some long timers may remember an GED Predix Alumni who took a big role there.
Interesting. I heard Khozema and Bill are traveling to Japan as well. Anyone in San Ramon care to confirm? I wonder if Flannery knows Masayoshi Son, the ceo of SoftBank? Flannery did do some time in Japan for GE Capital. Could be another industrial company in Japan as well. Can’t see why SoftBank would want to invest in GE Digital.

Certainly not. Soft Bank has been aggressively innovative and constructive. They have big plans. Being a part of that would be fine. I also hope it's all of GED, because I'm in CoreTech and wanted to do more with Industrial software and IoT.
Soft Bank is not bad. I hope it is the whole of GED.

Does this mean ALL of Digital, or only CoreTech and Cybersecurity? And any news on SoftBank's intentions?
