Couldn't agree more. There are all sorts of indications that it could happen any time. Also, the housing market is at it again with banks allowing as little as no money down on huge jumbo mortgages.
I see young families buying way beyond their needs and means, they are just a layoff away from losing their home as most live paycheck to paycheck. You never see people putting down 50% or paying cash for a smaller home. It's a ticking time bomb out there. Glad all my sh-- is paid for.
I was certain 2008 was just the beginning, and a second bigger drop was certain. Guess what? That didn't happen and I personally missed out on massive gains that past 10 years due to pulling all my assets out of the stock market.
Truth is another bust will happen on this eteranly boom/bust machine we have. No one knows when. Be prepared, but don't live in fear!
