Do we know if there will be more? I hope I'm stressing over nothing, but with these small and isolated rounds...

Lol. If associates were smart, they would work the 40 hours per week, and what can be accomplished in 40 hours is what gets done.
The associate has rights also, and is not required to take on overloads of work in exchange for same pay, as a result of the laid off talent and resources. Associates do not have to become slaves to ADP's antics.
The greater problem is associates not exercising their employee rights and identifying hostile work environments, retaliatory incidents w/leadership and corporate bullying. ADP does not hold all the cards on associate's fate. Associates just BELIEVE they do.
Many associates have caught on to doing far less, getting the pay, and stock-piling $$$ and experience. These have their own Exit Strategy. Unfortunately, ADP views them as VALUABLE, RETAINED EMPLOYEES. Yeah. For now....Last Laugh. They are not believing a word ADP says, but will grin and nod on cue.
Yes, home-shored employees are definitely on the roadmap to eliminate. The plan will continue for 2 more years of severe cuts everywhere across the board. Nothing is really safe. The truth is, even while still here, it is a horrible work environment, and they have already created so much damage that it is not realistically going to possibly be any better for many many years.
Homeshored employees are now a target. I know a homeshored employee who is working 60 hours per week and has been with the company’ for over ten years. Her manager told her she’s not cut out For the job and she should start Looking for a new job.
Those clueless a--hole managers are now targeting homeshored employees to cut cost.
WOW, they are so pitiful
They will continue. Homeshored employees will be eliminated. Based on the last 2 NAS RIF's -implementation will continue to be reduced. Probably use contractors.
