Anybody wondering why there is zero media coverage on this? This is not a small thing, thousands of people will be out of a job due to this, and yet it seems like nobody cares.
I don't have a good explanation on why that's the case. I can't even say it's a cover up because you can't really cover up closing this many institutes.

well...F@@k it I emailed all local news in the area after reading and (linking) all I have found in the net, facebook and twitter. 6 of my students called clueless. All ADA's are gone as of yesterday. I know this for profit scam has to stop but if it has it has to stop for all of them including the Dream Cult.
Keeping it on the low down..so continuing students return clueless! Until they ask for someone in admissions. NO ONE should return!! period to any campus...

David Halperin is the only national reporter I know of who covers the for profit education sector. He’s covered it for years. If you follow him on Twitter you’ll see that he’s been commenting and reporting on it this morning.
It was inevitable. No reinvestment, no understanding of how to run an institution of eduction. Plus too many schools in same markets. The Art Institutes will actually be slimmed down to the size before Goldman stepped in, probable where we should of stayed. Goldman board flooded the market, took student money and then ditched any responsibility. All the campuses were living on borrowed time.
