I know Fairlane mall in michigan was one of the properties and now slated for closure as well as 12 Oaks in Novi was listed in the auction site
Westland shopping center sears is also one of the 138 properties but have not heard any updates if it’s slated for closure
All of the ring fenced properties were released from ring fenced protection to be sold and funds go to the pension fund
I’m curious after all the properties are sold or closed, where will the money come from to fund the pensions after 2 years from now
Just curios if anyone has heard anything
