Yes, we are talking to you our illustrious leaders...we hope you all spend this weekend coming up with your game plan for dealing with this sh-- show that has gone down. Do you really expect to go back to "business as usual" after what every employee has been through? How to you plan on explaining what happened, what is going to happen? You all have a lot of soul searching to do this weekend. I say this as a personal note to all of you. Stand up and face the music, do not expect we are coming back to work and that we are going to keep our mouths shut. Students, faculty, parents, they will know what is going on, mark our words, whether you decide to deal with it or not.

Everyone knows the Presidents aren’t in control, but the point is they make a sh-- load of money to sit in their offices and pretend like nothing is happening so maybe they should step up and tell their staff straight
You think Presidents are in control? Most of them received notice last week.
Our president rarely came out of her office. We knew she was in by the trail of her cheap perfume. The EC all kissed up to her even though she was the biggest fake. They jumped fast when she called their cell. I really think she thought she was the smartest person in the room during the few campus meetings we would have. We all laughed at her. I will never understand how people like this live with themselves. I feel so bad for the students, faculty and staff that really cared. There are great people at all these schools that wanted to make a difference. Corporate greed and arrogance....
Our school by the number of enrolled, continuing students, future starts for summer quarter and returning are looking promising and we are showing that we are going in the right direction. We are on the turn around after years of struggling, due to bad leadership and scavaging from Goldman Sacks. They swooped down years ago to gauge our schools of revenue, to line the pockets of their executive team, at the tune of over $12 million dollars in annual bonuses to their top management! They came raped our schools of what we had built and ran! They got what they came for.. we consider ourselves survivors who care about our students and are proud of our many graduating success stories....we fought as we thought we were doing the right thing for our students .....and are proud! now we find ourselves in the horrible mess DCEH has created...in a hurry to find a permanent Campus Director, they hired the only candidate available, who wasn't qualified for the position..but a body non- the- less..she came in like a bull in a China shop stating " I am very transparent"...not sure what that means to her, but to most of our campus (faculty, department directors, educational staff, admissions as well as, financial aid departmet) it meant.. bullying..racist..homophobic and ageist nasty comments and out bursts, one of which was recorded at a campus meeting and sent to upper management at DCEH in hope's that they would address the issue and help our campus...... grasshoppers on a summer night....NOTHING!..instead they chose to put us on the closure list to get rid of a potential liability, without the messy legal ramifications that it might have brought eventually. Our campus is a loving campus with great staff, faculty who really love our students and care about their success....we have more students than other campuses who are not on the chopping block and showing more students coming in than others as well..not on the chopper...
Also one of the least expensive campuses to run nationally due to lower cost of rent..very little competition on an education level..locally and politically involved... Albeit, we find our selves here on a Friday afternoon with HR, extra security called in and waiting for what we were lead to believe our last day at Ai.....no word from OUR campus director....she hid all day packing her stuff and finally came out when HR was gone to admire the new paint job she had ordered days before for the admissions office... "How pretty" not one word...NOTHING about the elephant in the room ...no leadership skills at all..no balls! we knew other campus directors and leaders had talked to their staff and we were sadly aware of the pending doom yet Nothing...bad choices DCEH ..buying some new computers, telephones and setting up bogus trainings to show due diligence to a court down the line was a bad move.
Your intention from the beginning was to dump us..never grow us. Being a Christian I ask you to refer to scripture and find were it says..go pilage, mame and destroy the good, to line your pockets..shame on you! This will hopefully show the rest of America what a sham your so called organization is... "A wolf among the sheep, I send you out."
...Devil's Advocates hidding under God's word..and the bible. May an investigation from the DOE come knocking at your door..many are ready to talk...nothing to loose.
We tried getting serious with ours already.....nothing. robot. I pray students start speaking out.
At least you have a president. We don't. Maybe that's a good thing from what I read!
Just remember Presidents, we are the ones who have the students and parents phone numbers, and believe us, they trust us a lot more than you. Better give it up and be honest to your staff because at this point most people don't have a lot to loose contacting every media outlet about this sh--. Oh wait, it's already in the news! Lol!

Whose isn't..I mean let's face it, most of these people get these positions coming out of Admissions..no real academic background. Most of them don't even have a Master's degree...pathetic, they should be embarrassed. They all act like robots because they know how lucky they are to have those positions, were not talking Harvard graduates here people.
