some groups are just having fun and not doing anything. keep hearing every year new things from EDA, they never showed anything concrete. Sr. Dr. doesn't know anything, grill him with right questions and he won't have any answers, they hired one laid off guy from GE last year as chief architect who didn't have any hands on exp. to build the data strategy, he left since he knew he will be fired, some Sr. Pr. were hired since they knew the VP, Managers from krakow being brought in since they had intimacy with director. this group should be shutdown so that sabre can save some money and spend on legit workforce.

accept the fact that analytics were always secondary in sabre, that's the reason all 3rd grade leaders got hired in this space. current sr. director is the worst in this league ( i should say he doesn't have any league ).
you were very humble using word 'intimacy', if this was the case then krakow guy should be fired and who so ever did this should be punished as well, this was total misuse of power and unethical.
in lot of cases this happens that outsiders bring worst talent in sabre and as you mentioned sr. principal hired by previous VP is no exception. he should be fired too, Sabre will surely be saving million$ year.
you bring the good points. we should be exposing these kind of people inside sabre and make it a better place with better people.
