"ACICS retains its status as a federally recognized accrediting agency pending the Secretary’s final agency decision on remand."

ACICS's status was restored pending a review by DeVos. That supercedes anything that might be printed in a handbook.

I'm not defending DCEH or ACICS but you should get your facts straight. Facts matter. DeVos saved ACICS and the Ai schools that were ACICS remain so. Students at those schools have been receiving Title IV funds and will likely continue to do so as long as they are enrolled. Up until my classes for Summer 18 were cancelled, I used to work at an ACICS Ai school.
