Bashing customers?
Yep, Staples will be around for a very long time.
That's sarcasm by the way.
You can blame your company's management all you want, but YOU are driving away your own customers with your attitudes.
A customer keeps YOU in a JOB. You are the costumer?
is it costumer or customer?
a costumer puts a costume on you.
so maybe that's your boss?
There aren't any co-workers to help they were layed off. No one to let down but the costumer. So get the third party to help and hope the customer can understand them. The customer is still what makes this company possible. Money is great but without customers no money. Keep talking care of the customer and the customer will take care of you. Take care of the employees so they can take care of the customer. Give the employees the tools they need to take care of the customer. We as customer need to be taken care of.
just work extra unpaid hours to help those customers. don't let your coworkers down!!
Your order is late do to layoffs? Just have the third party help the customer problem solved. There is always a solution to help the customers. Customers are needed to keep the doors open.
Have a Great Weekend
It is an abbreviation for Service Level Agreement. It is defined by a determined metric that states an objective must be met by a certain point in time.
EX:
Customer: I was supposed to receive my order by Friday
Staples: I am sorry, due to recent changes(layoffs) your order has been delayed
What's SLA?
